Buying and selling a home is filled with emotions. Add in two agents, negotiations, obstacles and problems to solve and there are numerous emotional landmines to sidestep. As the middleman in these huge deals it is our duty to learn the art of diffusing negative emotions for our clients. Keeping in mind the final goal for all parties involved is a great way to navigate what has the potential to be a stress filled mess. Above all else remember it is nice to be nice and you WILL get more flies with honey.
